Update: As a small business, we have certainly encountered many challenges over the past 3 months. We have attempted to pivot with the changes in regulations, supplier availability and rising cost of supplies and resources. However, it simply wasn't enough to survive on and we had to make a very difficult decision.

We are seeking every opportunity to restructure and return to full operations as soon as possible. We hope to be serving you again soon and will continue to share updates once available.

We know these are uncertain times for everyone, but we want to encourage everyone to stay positive. The best and most important thing you can do for yourself is to stay vigilant in keeping yourself healthy. It is our belief that transparency and planning can help us all. We would like to put you at ease by letting you know exactly where we stand and what changes we have made to address the challenges we encounter as a result of COVID-19. These practices will continue to be followed when we open once again.

First, it is important that you know a bit more about our standard practices: we prepare our meals in a professional commercial kitchen where sanitation and sterilization of work spaces and supplies has always and will continue to be our main priority. We have increased the frequency of deep cleaning measures as a precaution in addition to our existing practices. All staff are certified food handlers and wear gloves and hair coverings for your protection. Meals are cooked at high temperatures which are monitored closely to ensure they adhere to all food safety protocols during preparation, cooking as well as serving and storing the meals up until delivery. Additionally, all staff have been trained on COVID-19 protocols and will continue to be trained and informed of any new changes. It is also important to note that The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging, but we remain vigilant in our efforts to ensure efficacy and safety remain the top priority.

Our mission is to provide you with high quality and healthy meals for as long as possible, but to write that this view is being challenged with every day that passes is an understatement. With import-exports under scrutiny, resources around the world are being strained and we haven't been exempt either.

To continue to serve you, we need to address some of the challenges we are facing, that is why we have made the difficult decision to temporarily shut down.
